Job Title: Warehouse Expert
Location: Rieti
OBIETTIVI/FINALITÀ: Seguire lo sviluppo e l'implementazione operativa del nuovo magazzino automatizzato per la gestione della cold chain.
Essere responsabile del corretto flusso di inbound/outbound di plasma/prodotti intermedi nel magazzino automatizzato.
Proporre, supportare e guidare iniziative di automazione e trasformazione digitale nell'area magazzino.
RESPONSABILITÀ: Monitorare l'esecuzione dei test necessari per l'implementazione del nuovo magazzino cold room.
Redigere SOP per la gestione dell'impianto in conformità con le cGMP e i requisiti EHS del sito.
Assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi IT a supporto del nuovo magazzino.
Formare il personale sulla gestione del nuovo magazzino.
Risolvere i problemi quotidiani legati all'area di competenza.
Guidare e supportare le attività di miglioramento nell'area automazione per il reparto magazzino.
Partecipare alle riunioni di progetto, segnalando problematiche al diretto responsabile.
Garantire l'allineamento tra le funzioni riguardo ai nuovi flussi/processi.
Essere il punto di riferimento per la risoluzione dei problemi operativi relativi al nuovo magazzino.
Identificare i miglioramenti necessari per incrementare la sicurezza, la qualità e l'efficienza delle operazioni.
Redigere report sui principali KPI dell'area di competenza.
REQUISITI PER IL RUOLO: Laurea in discipline scientifiche (ingegneria gestionale, industriale, informatica o affini).
Esperienza nella gestione di magazzini automatizzati WMS, preferibilmente in ambienti freddi.
Formazione nell'ambito dell'automazione, conoscenza di linguaggi di programmazione e del gestionale ERP JDEdwards; la conoscenza del sistema Swisslog rappresenta un valore aggiunto.
Buone capacità di problem solving, decision making e gestione dei conflitti.
Conoscenza delle cGMP e dei requisiti EHS.
Abilità nella gestione della comunicazione con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
Capacità di coaching e leadership per sviluppare le competenze dell'organizzazione operativa.
Solida esperienza in project management.
Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese.
