Il Ruolo
Nel ruolo di F&B Supervisor parteciperai alle operazioni quotidiane della divisione Food & Beverage del Ceccato Garden Bar contribuendo al successo dell'outlet nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure interne. L'obiettivo principale di questo ruolo è fornire ai nostri Ospiti un servizio di sala professionale, discreto, attento ed efficiente.
Principali Responsabilità
- Gestione dell'operatività dell'outlet a supporto dell'Outlet Manager nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e di servizio
- Dimostrazione di un alto livello di conoscenza del prodotto, dei menu e delle tecniche di servizio
- Coordinamento operativo e gestione del team al fine di garantire un servizio attento e proattivo all'ospite
- Coordinamento dell'attività di formazione del team
- Partecipazione a briefing e riunioni interne previste per il ruolo
- Corretta applicazione degli standard di servizio (LQA) e delle procedure operative di reparto
Requisiti Richiesti
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anno in una posizione simile in hotel di lusso
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese
- Alto livello di attenzione al dettaglio, doti organizzative e comunicative
- Conoscenza degli Standards di servizio (LQA e Forbes)
