What you'll do:You will join the team of CRM/MS tools development and in particular in the business/management of B2B and B2C reporting directly to the CRM Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in innovative and strategic projects that will directly shape the customer experience and contribute to the long-term success of the company. Your work will have a tangible impact on the evolution of our CRM strategies and the growth of our business, providing you with a platform to showcase your creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
Who you are:You have at least 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development;You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;You have excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM especially in Customer and Field Service modules and drafting of analysis documents and process flows;You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;You are a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for process analysis and optimization of CRM strategies;You know Dynamics CRM, PowerPlatform, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Office and process design tools (for example, Enterprise Architect).Preferably, you also have:Previous experience in consulting companies in the same role;Basic knowledge of chat and IVR systems (nice to have).What we offer you/you can expect from us:Permanent contract;An inclusive place to work;Company-Owned Devices: laptop and business mobile phone;Supplemental Health Insurance.Looking for a role that can support your learning and career goals:Psychological well-being: online meditation courses, medical online service, counselling service thanks to the support of certified psychologists and coaches;Continuous learning for soft and hard skills (e.g., learning platform; managerial learning to be fully exploited thanks to FlexiLearning, which allows you to dedicate at least 4 hours per month for your professional growth);Support for parents, children and financial aid for mothers.Sisal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
