The Marketing Communications Specialist Junior will play an important role in developing and executing marketing communication plans.
This position will involve creating content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting product launches and various marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, increase lead acquisition, and drive business growth.

You will support Food Marketing Communication Campaigns.
You will ensure that plans and creative concepts are aligned with stakeholders.
You will create and manage communication content: developing sales enablement tools including brochures, media pitches, website content, and social media posts.
You will ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates key messages effectively.
You will be accountable for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, trade media, and digital advertising.
You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements.
You will manage tradeshows organization and other speaking opportunities.
You will use your expertise in project management to lead or participate in relevant projects.
Qualifications and skills We hire for competence fit, capacity to learn, and experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing communications.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German as an additional language is preferred; strong project management and organizational abilities; creative thinking; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ownership and initiative in everything you do with limited supervision and thrive working as part of cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills combined with willingness to adapt to challenging situations.
