Customer Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to champion the satisfaction of our customers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the handling of customer complaints and ensure quality and processing time objectives are achieved.
  • Provide clear and complete descriptions of customer problems, researching the root causes of dissatisfaction.
  • Address problems to relevant stakeholders, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Remain in constant contact with customers, providing support and quality responses.
  • Analyze complaint trends and proactively visit customers to identify improvement actions.
Requirements:
  • Master of Science or Technology or equivalent practical experience in food or packaging industry, preferably in a quality department.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Good technical understanding, analytical skills, and ability to explain complex facts.
  • Autonomous, precise, tenacious, persistent, and resilient.
  • Regular travel to customers and European manufacturing sites (approximately 30% of the time).
