Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer Italy

Sealed Air is seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the handling of customer complaints and ensure that quality and processing time objectives are achieved.
  • Provide clear and complete descriptions of problems faced by customers, based on researching why the customer is not satisfied with the current solution.
  • Address problems to the appropriate people in our organization to identify real causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Remain in constant contact with customers to provide necessary support and quality responses, ensuring the effectiveness of our actions.
  • Analyze complaints trends within the area of responsibility and proactively visit customers to identify and propose improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate has a Master of Science or Technology degree or equivalent practical experience and first experience in the food or packaging industry, preferably in a quality department.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Good technical understanding, analytical skills, and ability to make complex facts understandable to others.
  • Autonomous, precise, tenacious, persistent, and resilient.
  • Regular trips are expected to our customers (30% of the time on average).
