As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections and tests, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
  • Identify defects and non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in a technical field, such as engineering or quality control.
  • Knowledge of plastics industry and manufacturing processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Italian language.
