Job Title: Customer Quality Engineer Italy

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the handling of customer complaints and ensure quality and processing time objectives are achieved.
  • Provide clear and complete descriptions of customer problems, based on researching the root cause of dissatisfaction.
  • Address problems to the appropriate people in our organization to identify and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Remain in constant contact with customers to provide support and quality responses, ensuring the effectiveness of our actions.
  • Analyze complaint trends and proactively visit customers to identify and propose improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science or Technology or equivalent practical experience in the food or packaging industry, preferably in a quality department.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Good technical understanding, analytical skills, and ability to make complex facts understandable to others.
  • Autonomous, precise, tenacious, persistent, and resilient.
  • Regular trips to customers (30% of the time on average).
