We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the handling of customer complaints and ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Provide clear and complete descriptions of customer problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Work closely with sales, applications, and manufacturing departments to identify and address customer issues.
  • Analyze complaints trends and propose improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Science or Technology, or equivalent practical experience in the food or packaging industry.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and team spirit.
  • Good technical understanding, analytical skills, and the ability to make complex facts understandable to others.
  • Autonomous, precise, tenacious, persistent, and resilient.

Travel Requirements: Regular trips to customers and European manufacturing sites (approximately 30% of working time).
