**JSB Solutions**, società di servizi nel settore Life Science che offre consulenza, gestione di studi clinici e sviluppo software, con 3 sedi in Italia (Sesto Fiorentino, Parma e Milano) è alla ricerca di un
**Business Development Manager**:
- (JSB.FRK.23.035)_ da inserire all'interno della nostra divisione
**Sales**.
- Individuare potenziali clienti e creare nuove opportunità di business;
- lavorare con il team sales per sviluppare proposte che soddisfino i bisogni e gli obiettivi dei clienti, anche in ottica di cross e up selling;
- collaborare con il dipartimento Marketing & Communication per sviluppare proposte e presentazioni customizzate in base agli obiettivi dei clienti;
- gestire la negoziazione e la stipula di accordi con i clienti;
- utilizzare lo strumento CRM aziendale per l'identificazione, la gestione e le rendicontazioni di tutte le opportunità di business;
- presentare un'immagine aziendale coerente con i valori aziendali e con le aspettative del cliente;
- partecipare a eventi di settore e fornire feedback e informazioni sulle tendenze del mercato;
- sviluppare una conoscenza del mercato e dei concorrenti per la costruzione di proposte di valore differenziate;
**Requisiti richiesti dal ruolo**:
- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito commerciale, preferibilmente maturata nel settore Life Science o in altri settori B2B;
- forte orientamento al risultato, al raggiungimento e nel superamento degli obiettivi prefissati;
- laurea, preferibilmente in ambito tecnico scientifico;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- ottime capacità relazionali, gestionali e di pianificazione;
