Join us and start the futureYOUR ROLE New Technologies and Packages definition, positioning, deployment, and search forbeta customers, and relative promotion will be the main targets of the TechnicalMarketing Candidate.The purpose of the job is to drive and support marketing and business developmentactivities for High Voltage silicon MOSFET products to grow market share andrevenue.The job holder will define the marketing strategy in agreement with the regional Teamsand the divisional and group supporting departments for the assigned responsibilitieswith the target to drive innovation and enable ST leadership. The candidate willmanage relationship with decision makers in the field, with key customers bycoordinating the technical support from business unit and ensure business fulfillmentand create NBG (New Billing Generation).Main Objectives & Tasks:To generate tactics, positioning and strategy for the new and focus technologies.Business Development for Industrial & Multisegment applications using High Voltagesilicon MOSFET technologies/devices.Support demand creation and increase design-ins and market share on assignedproducts at assigned customers in all Industrial & Multisegment applicationsCoordinate assigned products promotionAnalyze customer applications and major system trends to identify new product needsgenerating new products proposal.Identify, manage and report system opportunities and project awards to managementAlign new product proposals & promotion with product marketing and systemcompetence teamsBenchmark ST products versus competitorsForecasting on short-medium-long term basis is a must in order to help ST delivercapacity and tools at the right time to trigger time to market and to volume.Daily relationship is to be kept with internal teams (R&D, Application, Engineering,Quality, Reliability and Program Management)YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESDesired Competencies are - Adapting to Leadership Styles, Adaptability, Flexibility,Creativity/Innovation, Initiative/Autonomy, System architecture, Power Applications,.Fluent English languageMobility for frequent business tripsHigh engagement and self-motivationModerating and team building skillsThe Employment search is addressed to candidates of both genders, under Law 10.04.1991 n. 125, as amended by Legislative Decree n. 198/2006 which guarantees gender equality at work.We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
