Our Forvia Clean Mobility – Business Group is looking for a Site Human Resources Manager  to join our team in Terni, Italy. 
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Essential responsibilities and duties
The role of a Site HR Manager is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues. 
The main missions of the role are:
›    Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
›    Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, career management, etc. at site level.
›    Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
›    Manage social climate and labor relations
›    Animate industrial relations with local employee representatives.
›    Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
›    Report relevant HR information to the Division.
›    Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
›    Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
›    Minimum education level: Master's degree with a specialization in HR Management
Experience:
›    Proven experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills
›    Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR function within an industrial environment
Skills and competencies:
›    Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
›    Strong written and oral communications skills
›    A good knowledge of employment law
›    Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
›    Knowledge of HR systems and databases
›    International mindset, English required
›    Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
