**TECHNICAL TRAINER**
**ZONA: Roma e limitrofi**
**SEDE DI APPOGGIO: Roma**
Descrizione del lavoro
- Erogare seminari di formazione técnica a clienti, idraulici e rappresentanti di vendita utili a rafforzare la conoscenza dell'azienda e dei prodotti
- Formulare uno schema didattico e determinare metodi didattici appropriati per garantire che le esigenze di formazione sul prodotto siano soddisfatte di modo da "tradurre" le caratteristiche tecniche in una proposta commerciale e distribuire la conoscenza del prodotto attraverso l'organizzazione
- Determinare le risorse necessarie per l'erogazione dei corsi di formazione (sedi, incentivi, ecc.
)
- Sviluppare, preparare e rivedere documenti aziendali, presentazioni e materiale didattico per interloquire con il Product Manager ed il personale di ricerca e sviluppo
- Fornire informazioni su clienti ed utenti al team di Product Manager ed a quello di ricerca e sviluppo per garantire che l'offerta dei prodotti corrisponda e anticipi i requisiti del mercato
Qualifiche
- Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo affine
- Titolo di laurea, verrà considerato un plus un indirizzo tecnico, o diploma di maturità
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello almeno intermedio
- Ottime competenze in termini di marketing con conoscenza approfondita delle strategie di mercato e di portafoglio
- Consolidata conoscenza dei metodi di erogazione della formazione individuale e di gruppo attraverso differenti modelli formativi
- Esperienza nella gestione delle risorse e della pianificazione del progetto
- Spirito comunicativo, self-starter, tenace, pragmatico e creativo
Il ruolo prevede un contratto a tempo indeterminato con fisso e benefits di sicuro interesse
