Il nostro cliente è Kärcher spa, multinazionale specializzata in macchine per il cleaning per il mercato domestico e professionale. Per potenziare l'organico interno ci ha commissionato la selezione di uno Technical Sales Trainer Senior.

Principali attività e responsabilità:

- E' il responsabile dell' Academy e ne coordina tutte le attività operando come trainer e cooperando con formatori esterni/referenti di sede (Region, Head Quarter)
- Prepara il materiale necessario per i corsi di formazione: presentazioni, grafici, brochure, ecc...
- Partecipa ai corsi organizzati da casa madre per aggiornare costantemente le proprie conoscenze
- Collabora con i reparti commerciali e il Customer Service, supportando la rete commerciale nell'informazione sui prodotti, nelle dimostrazioni, nei reports, etc...
- Elabora i diversi piani di formazione commerciale, tecnica ed interna
- Gestisce le informazioni sui prodotti e la loro diffusione
- Eroga corsi di formazione specifici che non possono essere tenuti da formatori esterni;
- Ottimizza l'organizzazione e il successo dell' Academy implementato per Kärcher Italia, portando avanti lo sviluppo di iniziative e percorsi formativi nel rispetto di linee guida di Head Quarter e priorità di learning rivolte a tutti i dipendenti, individuando le esigenze formative dei diversi reparti dell'azienda
- Coopera con HR per gestire l'intero processo che spazia dall'analisi fabbisogni formativi, piani di formazione e sviluppo sino ad assicurare la relativa execution, seguendo anche tutte le attività di monitoraggio, partecipazione ai corsi, effettuazione di test / assessment di apprendimento, convalidando i relativi risultati
- Mantiene aggiornato l'Academy database di corsi, attestati e del calendario formativo
- Partecipa a fiere ed eventi aziendali (Road Show, giornate dedicate ai Sales e Service partners) per formazione su prodotti/macchinari di professional / home & garden cleaning
- Collabora con il Trade Marketing per allestimenti e merchandising correlati ai suddetti eventi aziendali
- Svolge ulteriori attività che possono essere assegnate dal diretto responsabile

Formazione e back-ground knowledge:

- Laurea in studi economici o ingegneristici (requisito desiderato, il conseguimento di un master e/o un MBA sarà considerato un plus)
- Diploma tecnico o scientifico (requisito necessario)
- Conoscenza approfondita di progetti, processi e strumenti inerenti Formazione & Sviluppo, Training & Academy
- Esperienza come formatore d'aula per effettuare trainings in presenza e da remoto

Requisiti e soft skills:

- Precedente esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni e nella comunicazione a diversi livelli nell'organizzazione
- Saper svolgere corsi focalizzati su product knowledge e product experience alle figure di Sales, After Sales e Marketing grazie ad esperienza lavorativa di 4 / 6 anni
- Capacità consolidata nel guidare un team
- Conoscenza approfondita Pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) la conoscenza di Google suite è un plus
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Ottime doti comunicative, di customer satisfaction
- Persona analitica e operativa che lavora per obiettivi e miglioramento continuo in allineamento a valori e cultura aziendale
- Saper costruire partnership
- Saper gestire la complessità e il volume di lavoro
- Cooperazione e spirito di squadra

Altre informazioni:

- Richiesta patente di guida e disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e talvolta all'estero (Spagna/Germania).

Il livello di inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati all'esperienza maturata.
