**About the Company**: Per importante Società, leader nel settore dell'elettronica, i nostri Recruitment Engineer ricercano un **KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Realizzare gli obiettivi e i programmi di vendita nel rispetto dei tempi e dei margini assegnati.
- Sviluppare rapporti commerciali con i grandi Client
- Partecipare alla definizione dei piani di vendita e dei relativi budget di acquisizione
- Garantire il presidio del cliente/mercato di riferimento, attivando iniziative di promozione del prodotto di competenza
- Determinare le azioni tattiche e strategiche per aumentare lo "share of Wallet" con i Clienti e nei mercati assegnati
- Sviluppare rapporti con i grandi clienti in contesti di Società multinazionali e prevalentemente, seppur non esclusivamente, EPC, OEM, etc. rappresentandone l'interfaccia di riferimento aziendale nella gestione del rapporto e garantendone la piena soddisfazione
- Interagendo con i proposals, predisporre l'offerta garantendo la sua rispondenza al Capitolato di Gara o alla
- RFQ e l'ottimizzazione della soluzione tecnico-economica individuato
- Partecipare alla definizione dei piani di vendita e dei relativi budget di acquisizione
- Garantire il presidio del cliente/mercato di riferimento, attivando iniziative di promozione del prodotto di competenza

- Assicurare la gestione della trattativa commerciale fino all'acquisizione del contratto e ordine, partecipando attivamente o fornendo indicazioni alla propria struttura sulla base del mandato ricevuto
- Interfacciarsi con gli Enti aziendali per la messa a punto di iniziative volte allo sviluppo e consolidamento delle opportunità di business
- Interfacciarsi con l'ente Project Management per l'apertura della commessa, supportandolo anche nelle attività di acquisizione delle varianti, qualora richieste
**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:
- Laurea magistrale in ingegneria elettrica/ elettronica
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali frequenti
- Richiesta comprovata esperienza nel ruolo e nel Settore di almeno 7 anni
- Inglese fluente
- Problem solving, buone capacità relazionali, capacità di negoziazione, proattività
**Nice to have**:
- La conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera è un plus
- Competenze informatiche/applicativi gradite
- Uso dei pacchetti applicativi di Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) e Salesforce gradito
