Per conto di una nostra azienda cliente, uno Studio di Consulenza Fiscale con un'importante presenza nel mercato estero, siamo alla ricerca di un/a TAX SPECIALIST - CATEGORIA PROTETTA L.68/99 da inserire nel team.
La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella gestione di questioni fiscali complesse legate alle operazioni internazionali dei clienti, contribuendo alla corretta gestione delle normative fiscali e alla pianificazione strategica.
Responsabilità principali: Assistenza nella preparazione e revisione delle dichiarazioni fiscali nazionali e internazionali.
Analisi e consulenza su normative fiscali internazionali, con particolare attenzione ai trattati contro la doppia imposizione.
Gestione delle operazioni di fiscalità internazionale, inclusi aspetti legati a IVA, transfer pricing e imposte sui redditi.
Supporto nei processi di pianificazione fiscale strategica per ottimizzare l'efficienza fiscale dei clienti.
Mantenere aggiornato lo studio su novità legislative e giurisprudenziali in ambito fiscale nazionale ed estero.
Conoscenza approfondita della normativa fiscale italiana e internazionale, inclusi trattati fiscali e regolamentazioni comunitarie.
Esperienza nella redazione di dichiarazioni fiscali (modelli Redditi, IVA, etc.
), preferibilmente con focus su operazioni internazionali.
Capacità di analisi in ambito di fiscalità internazionale, con particolare attenzione alle pratiche di transfer pricing e ottimizzazione fiscale.
Conoscenza avanzata dei principali software gestionali e fiscali (es.
TeamSystem, SAP, Zucchetti).
Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è un plus).
Requisiti: Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza o affini.
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ambito fiscale, preferibilmente in contesti internazionali.
