Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs Spare Parts Application Engineer you will be part of the Technical Support team (SALT - Spare Parts Asset Life-cycle team) specialized on spare parts SPIR for BH equipment's Pumps Valves Fuel Gas Skids.As SALT Application Engineer you will be responsible for:Managing SPIR first supply process, by, but limited to, reviewing Customer's specs, supporting technical alignment with Customer's, being fast in answering clarification questions and to become a focal point for parts maximization intake.Minimizing WF requests made to Engineering dept.
when a particularly engineering content is required, he/she should analyze Customer's ComOps queries relative to parts obsolescence, new material requirements and so on, reporting to Engineering only those cases where dedicated study is necessary.Assuring Asset Spare Parts Database quality and completeness.Dealing with multiple organizations (internal external).Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Technical degree (high school or university degree)Good knowledge of English written spokenAbility to manage technical drawings and Part Lists.At least 3 years' experience in a technical departmentAbility to manage and measure programs/processes (action items, scheduling, metrics)Strong analytical, problem-solving, process managementExcellent verbal written communication skillsAble to work in an international, multi-cultural environment.Proficient PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
