As a Customer Experience Specialist, you're the go-to person for building strong connections with our customers and making sure they smoothly use Kaizo in their daily work. Let's do it Requirements Are you ready to embark on this journey with us?Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Proficiency in customer activation and onboarding
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment
Exceptional command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in at least 1 additional language is a must-have
Previous experience as a Team Lead or Quality Control Expert in customer support is required
Technical proficiency in Customer Support tools, including experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Intercom; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
Based in Portugal What does your quest here entail?Interact with B2B customers to foster strong partnerships, assisting them throughout their journey.
Manage, analyze, and validate churn, renewals, and revenue growth data within our internal systems.
Guide customers through the onboarding process, taking full ownership of their experience and collaborating effectively across teams to ensure successful activation.
Conduct regular meetings with customers during onboarding to provide ongoing support and collect valuable feedback.
Oversee the Product Help Center and contribute to the development of additional onboarding and support materials for customers.
Engage in internal initiatives such as workshops, webinars, and group onboarding sessions
