The person will define production equipment and will work on projects for the technology evolution of manufacturing process ResponsibilitiesDefine concept, validate project and implement new production equipment in assembly department, coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress in order to stick to time and budget constraints.Feasibility analysis on new product with R&D, validate and implement the most suitable solutions and production technologies to ensure safety, quality, time and costs (manual assemblies, testing systems, tightening systems, machinery, production lines,...).Stimulate and guarantee the progress of production technologies (standardization, poka-yoke, automation, Industry4.0, maintainability ...).Develop and coordinate a reliable and fast supply network.RequirementsDegree in Automation / Mechatronic / Mechanical EngineeringDirect experience in mechanical designKnowledge of mechanical drawing and 3D Cad systems, preferably CreoKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies and principles of Lean ManufacturingKnowledge of the Microsoft 365 package mainly ExcelExperience in development of semi-automated assembly machine following the projects, from the specifications to the production start-upBasic experience in project management Basic knowledge of automation, electronics and information technology are welcomeGood EnglishAvailable for short tripsWellness orientedEnthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, Passion and Ethics complete the desired profile.Technogym is an Equal Opportunity EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
