Job Description Siamo alla ricerca di una / un Account Director da inserire in organico.
A diretto riporto della Managing Director, la persona che individueremo sarà un riferimento per i clienti e per il team Account assegnato al progetto.
Responsibilities :
Supervisionare in modo strategico i progetti esistenti promuovendo l'espansione del Business e sviluppando relazioni di successo cliente-azienda. Assumere un ruolo guida nella definizione di strategie di marketing e comunicazione con i clienti. Supportare la Managing Director nella gestione del budget dei progetti e nella finalizzazione dell'offerta finale verificando periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento, in accordo con il team produttivo. Coordinare il team degli Account sui clienti assegnati, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi fissati in termini di fatturato, individuazione di opportunità di sviluppo del business e miglioramento della redditività. Lavorare con il team Account supportandolo nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita a breve e lungo termine, sia collettivamente sia individualmente. Analizzare periodicamente l'andamento della gestione dei clienti, suggerendo ottimizzazioni volte alla riduzione dei costi e ad attività di up-selling e cross-selling. Supportare la Managing Director nelle relazioni strategiche con i clienti, garantendo uno sviluppo significativo sul medio-lungo periodo. Requirements :
Laurea in materie economiche e / o scientifiche o percorsi di formazione e / o specializzazione nell'ambito della comunicazione pubblicitaria, digitale e / o della produzione audiovisiva. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta. Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office e di elementi di budgeting, analisi dei costi e controllo di gestione. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione interpersonale, organizzativa e commerciale. Capacità di elaborazione strategica e di pianificazione e gestione di progetti e persone. Forte autonomia decisionale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
