La risorsa selezionata, riportando direttamente alla direzione aziendale, si occuperà della gestione dell'area della contabilità generale, attiva e passiva, definendo ed eseguendo procedure amministrative in grado di rispondere alle esigenze aziendali e, nello specifico avrà i seguenti incarichi: Gestione dei rapporti con i consulenti esterni: Tax, Labor, Legal, Global Investment and Innovation Incentives per quanto di competenza; Gestione amministrativa fornitori, partner e istituti bancari; Gestione e monitoraggio prima nota, scadenzario e budget; Fatturazione attiva e passiva; Inserimento distinte di pagamento su Banca e piccole attività di tesoreria; Popolazione dati amministrativi relativi alle commesse; Rendicontazione di progetti finanziati; Predisposizione scadenzario pagamenti e monitoraggio dello stesso; Interfaccia costante con l'Amministratore.
REQUISITI: Laurea in discipline economiche, equipollenti (potranno essere valutati anche background affini alla posizione); Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione ed efficacia nella gestione delle priorità, capacità di lavorare in autonomia; Organizzazione, pianificazione, progettazione e cura del dettaglio; Pregressa esperienza in ambito in un contesto strutturato di almeno 2 anni; Capacità di problem solving, precisione e affidabilità; Ottimo utilizzo di Excel.
IL CONTRATTO: Si offre contratto di inserimento in azienda a tempo pieno con finalità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
