We are currently looking for a Field Application Specialist , who will have the possibility to demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She will be able to communicate honestly and create empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators. The candidate should be knowledgeable in communicating in different situations and with different people.
New colleagues will become aware of local market conditions, and they will be proficient in interpreting financial, strategic, and tactical information from internal sources to communicate appropriately on business conditions to customers.
He/She will have the opportunity to lead new installation implementations, acquiring company processes that are needed to schedule all activities involving all teams that must take actions (internal, customer, others) from pre-installation to go-live.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support, training, post-sales activities, customer maintenance procedures, and on-site assistance to our customers.
Work closely with the local/regional team to protect, maintain, and increase the company's business, focusing on the installed base.
Identify new needs initially not detected by the customer and provide the right solutions.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Bioengineering, or Biotechnology; proficient English is mandatory.
Open to travel, with overnight stays (driving license is mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work autonomously while being a team player.
