This will include working on automation projects, technical accounting and verification work on quarterly, interim and year end reporting, working closely with other stakeholders in the business. The role reports into the external reporting Senior Finance Manager. What you'll be doingTechnical accounting Process improvement and work on automation of various financial reporting work streamsSupporting the Senior Finance Manager as requiredAd-hoc project work to support the external reporting teamLiaising with the wider finance team to ensure accurate reportingRequirementsAccountancy qualification – ACA, ACCA or CIMA with post-qualified experience in a relevant industry roleStrong technical accounting knowledgeA desire to take responsibility and 'own' your workTrack record of delivery results – you are willing to show initiative to generate resultsProblem solving and decision-making skillsA proactive approach; you should be motivated to take the initiative to make improvementsStrong organisational skills and an awareness of the importance of deadlinesAdvantageous, but not required:Some experience of a startup environmentPrior experience of NetsuiteWhy DeliverooOur mission is to be the definitive food company.
