Senior Product Designer Lead

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Product Designer to join our product design team. You'll work on Everli's web and app consumer applications, shopper platform, and internal admin tools. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution as we transform our brand and user experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be at the forefront of our product-driven transformation.

Everli is a leading online grocery delivery platform, connecting customers with personal shoppers for a seamless shopping experience. We're embarking on an exciting 360° rebrand to modernize our design language across all platforms as part of a product-driven transformation.
Ideal Candidate:
You're a dynamic designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to work directly with top leadership. You can seamlessly switch between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution. Your experience leading design teams is balanced by your willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details. You're passionate about creating cohesive, user-centric experiences across multiple platforms and have a keen eye for modern design trends. Most importantly, you're excited about the opportunity to drive product-led transformation and have a significant impact on the company's direction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for multiple projects across various platformsContribute to and help implement our new modern design languageCreate and maintain scalable design systemsCollaborate closely with the CEO, product managers, developers, and other stakeholdersMentor and guide a small team of designers while remaining hands-on in the design processBalance ideation with fast-paced development, knowing when to use existing components for quick results and when to engage in deeper explorationEnsure consistency and quality across all design deliverablesPlay a key role in shaping Everli's product strategy and vision, directly shaping product roadmapsFacilitate design thinking workshops and sprintsContinuously monitor industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the teamRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a track record of leading design teamsExpert proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processesExperience creating and implementing design systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and switch between platforms and projects efficiently, rapidly going from idea to design to code in productionProactive and energetic approach to work, with a willingness to take initiativeFluent in English; Italian language skills are a plusExcels at transforming ideas or strategic goals into fully-realized product concepts, bridging the gap between vision and execution without relying on extensive documentation or micromanagement.What We Offer:The opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing tech companyA collaborative and innovative work environmentRegular design critiques and knowledge sharing sessionsProfessional development opportunities and conference attendanceCompetitive salary and potential stock optionsTo apply, please submit the following:Your portfolio, highlighting key projects that demonstrate your range and expertise in product design.
