Your Mission We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic Product Design team.
As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with our tribe's Product team to discover, propose, and build innovative product solutions.
Your role will involve crafting beautiful and holistic user experiences grounded in user needs, ensuring our products align with market needs and consumer preferences.
You will identify new product development opportunities and independently uncover and propose solutions to challenges and opportunities.
Your responsibilities Examining the compatibility of a new product with market needs and consumer preferences Identifying new product development opportunities Run user research and user testing activities, helping the product management team to collect data and identify patterns and paths.
Establishing design specifications based on briefs from internal teams and external partners Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions and have passion for the digital world, new technologies and the AI world Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes Guide workshops as a facilitator helping groups or individuals achieve their goals through effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making techniques.
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Develop and maintain Vedrai design system helping to create scalability and speed up design and development activities.
Collaborate with the product marketing team to create materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Your super skills Ability to cultivate and craft beautiful and holistic user experience design grounded in user needs.
Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles including mobile patterns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions and high-level strategy clearly with an informed perspective.
Proactive and self-starting, able to independently uncover (and propose ideas to solve) challenges and opportunities.
Ability to participate in and influence driving impactful design solutions through all phases of a product development lifecycle.
Analytical skills, desire to learn new things and focus on solving complex product problems.
As a Product Designer, you are able to design low and high prototypes, including creating animated interactions Your experience 3+ years as a Product Designer at product companies including at least one significant experience working on consumer or software applications in AI field.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Tribe).
Skilled user of Figma.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present findings, and articulate design rationale with a strong portfolio to demonstrate the process.
Nice to have Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field.
Experience in service design.
