Il LAB EXPERIENCE di OpenKnowledge è focalizzato su Service, Business e Product Design.
Con un approccio human centered, data inspired e business innovative, definisce e realizza end-to-end esperienze per customer ed employee.
Questo team multidisciplinare è alla ricerca di un* Experience Design Lead.
Sarai responsabile di definire una strategia ed una cultura di product design, di guidare un team di UX designer per portare innovazione, migliorare la soddisfazione degli utenti dei touchpoint e della qualità dei prodotti digitali, collaborando con la squadra di progetto per creare magnifiche interfacce.
Dando un accento all'impatto comunicativo e ai trend principali digital, sarai attento anche alla coerenza di ux e visual design, con soluzioni e proposte in grado di essere innovative, funzionali e performanti.

Solida esperienza sia operativa che nella gestione di team di digital product designer, maturata lavorando in agenzie di comunicazione / design / consulenza
Avere una visione complessiva ed evolutiva delle implicazioni coinvolte nella realizzazione di un prodotto digitale
Sapere relazionarti in modo assertivo e persuasivo con gli stakeholder, difendendo, argomentando, portando evidenze sulle scelte progettuali e sulle modalità di approccio, con una grande consapevolezza di teoria, tendenze e best practice
Avere un forte orientamento alla metodologia di design thinking sia per service che product design
Avere un'approfondita competenza dei principali output necessari e propedeutici alla realizzazione un progetto "bullet proof", spaziando da attività di ricerca, di allineamento, fino alla creazione di prototipi e test di usabilità
Saper gestire in modo eccellente il tempo personale sui progetti e di tutte le risorse coinvolte
Saper supportare il team nel definire la visione di prodotto e intervenire sull'organizzazione dello stesso
Essere una persona affidabile, avere un forte senso di squadra ed essere il primo ad esporsi per prendere responsabilità e fare cascading.
Il ruolo e la retribuzione saranno commisurati in base all'effettiva esperienza maturata nel settore.
