Azienda leader nel campo dell'automazione industriale, ricerca per il plant di Parma un TECNICO SERVICE TRASFERITSTA CON COMPETENZE ELETTROMECCANICHE che sara inserito nel team Engineering & Supply (E&S).
La risorsa ideale e' appassionata del suo lavoro e collabora in team, e' autonoma e responsabile oltre che orientata al cliente e proattiva.
La figura ricercata dovra: - Eseguire attivita di messa in servizio presso la sede del cliente su apparecchiature di riempimento e processo - Gestire la comunicazione con il cliente e fornire un'adeguata reportistica scritta al Project Manager - Curare le attivita di installazione, supervisione, messa in servizio e formazione - Assistere le prove di produzione e condurre test delle prestazioni per ottenere idonee certificazioni - Eseguire attivita di assistenza post vendita presso il cliente: retrofit, manutenzione preventiva e predittiva sulle apparecchiature presso la sede del cliente - Eseguire la risoluzione dei problemi, le regolazioni e il fissaggio meccanico/elettrico - Elaborare rapporti di servizio dettagliati - Fornire supporto ai clienti anche tramite assistenza telefonica e remota - Registrare internamente i reclami dei clienti, occupandosi del follow-up interno Competenze richieste: - titolo di studio tecnico/meccanico/meccatronico/elettromeccanico - 3-5 anni di esperienza come tecnico dell'assistenza sul campo nel settore alimentare e delle bevande, con conoscenza delle riempitrici e delle apparecchiature per il trattamento termico, - Comprovata esperienza nella fornitura di messa in servizio delle macchine, test delle prestazioni, manutenzione del servizio meccanico, risoluzione dei problemi (elettrici, pneumatici e meccanici), - Esperienza di base nel lavoro di PLC o processore per la risoluzione di problemi elettrici/di controllo sulle apparecchiature (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, Rockwell RS Logix 5000), - Livello di inglese avanzato, - Buona conoscenza degli ambienti Microsoft Windows e del pacchetto Office - Essere disponibile a viaggiare in tutto il mondo (200 giorni all'anno almeno) Si offre contratto diretto con l'azienda.
