IMA LIFE is the division operating in the production of machines and complete lines for the processing of liquids and powders in aseptic and non-aseptic environments.

Place of work: Castel San Pietro Terme (BO)
JOB SUMMARY. Plans sales actions in order to expand the portfolio and/or retain existing customers.
Conducts sales and courtesy visits not aimed at sales.
Proposes technical solutions to the customer.
At the customer's request, and supported by technical colleagues, brings forward customized solutions that will then be articulated in a commercial offer.
Prepares the technical commercial offer supported by the relevant product managers.
Interfaces with the legal department for contractual aspects.
Is involved with the customer in the claims management process
Coordinates and manages the activities of agents deployed in the relevant territory.
Interfaces with technical project coordinators, production and engineering.
Participates in industry trade shows and events.
MUST HAVE Master's degree or diploma with a technical orientation (mechanical, mechatronic or chemical/pharmaceutical field)
At least 5 years experience in the job (including project/product duties).
Experience in an industrial B2B sector on customized products (preferably pharma and food industry machines and plants).
Willingness for short-term international travel.
NICE TO HAVE. Also welcome brief sales experience in the Asian world (Far East).
Experience in managing commercial side of tenders.
Dynamic and autonomous skills.
Strong customer orientation (internal and external).
Decision-making.
Cooperation and ability to work in a team.
