LombardiaOur client, with a view to renewing the first line of Management, has charged us with identifying a senior figure of Product Manager with global responsibility, on all product families and with international exposure.
Target segment analysis:
Identification of the key buying factors and product requirements for the selected industry segments;Market Analysis:
Identification and specification of new products, offerings and services, based on customer requirements;Definition of the sales approach and the support requirements for KAMs, Area Managers, Distribution Managers and Sales Engineers;Pricing/ price positioning:
Pricing of products, change requests, options, accessories and Services;Volume planning and coordination with factory (forecast);Technical Support:
Conduct or organize the required training internationally;Preparation of market launches for new products:
taking car about the Company website's contents and dealing with Exhib organization.Requisiti:
Degree in Engineering or related field, or Technical Diploma;
Exhaustive experience as Product Manager in the industry market;
Experience in the electric/electronic/electromechanical components sector will be considered a plus;
Excellent influencing skills;
Ability to liaise at all levels of the organization;
Effective written and verbal communicator in English;
Proven customer/distributor management experience;
Self starter with good prioritization skills
Willingness to travel
Ability to prepare and conduct lectures, presentations and training to a diversified audience
Experience in working within the analytical instrument business, KPI, CRM;
Demonstrated commercial acumen to help with market/product/customer strategy as well as selling skills.
