Director of Studies Job Details The Director of Studies is ultimately accountable for students' educational success and satisfaction throughout their course and is responsible for:
Hiring, training and developing a service team – receptionists and didactic staffManaging quality and standardization through the implementation of the Standard Operating ProceduresTeaching classes in accordance with the Wall Street English MethodFacilitating internal revenue through quality service deliveryThe day-to-day running of the service department in the centerYour Profile Native level or bilingual speaker of EnglishUniversity degreeELT certification - CELTA or equivalentTwo years teaching experience preferredHR Management experienceSales experience an advantageStrong computer skillsExcellent command of ItalianYour Package Full time contractInteresting bonus schemeInitial and ongoing trainingJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
