About the RoleThe Director of Studies will be responsible for ensuring students achieve their educational goals and are satisfied with their course experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and developing a service team
- Managing quality and standardization through Standard Operating Procedures
- Teaching classes according to the Wall Street English Method
- Fostering internal revenue through quality service delivery
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the service department
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native level or bilingual proficiency in English
- A university degree
- ELT certification (CELTA or equivalent)
- Two years of teaching experience (preferably with HR management experience)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent command of Italian
