A diretto contatto con i team della Supply Chain e delle Operazioni, la risorsa garantendo l'allineamento con le sedi EMEA, sarà responsabile del mantenimento di procedure e politiche HR.
Nello specifico si occuperà di: - Promuovere il miglioramento continuo e implementare nuovi processi e procedure utilizzando solide competenze di Change Management.
- Supportare e guidare i responsabili degli impianti e i leader della Supply Chain per consentire loro di gestire efficacemente i propri team; - In collaborazione con il team di leadership degli impianti, garantire che il design organizzativo e le capacità delle risorse siano idonei per raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali; - Coordinare il reclutamento lavorando a stretto contatto con il team di Talent Acquisition garantendo il controllo della forza lavoro e la pianificazione delle risorse umane; - Lavorare in partnership con i manager aziendali per garantire una gestione efficace delle questioni sindacali fornendo soluzioni pragmatiche che soddisfino le esigenze aziendali.
- Essere il punto di contatto per i dipendenti della Supply Chain e delle Operazioni, fornendo consulenza professionale, pragmatica ed efficace; - Assicurarsi che siano attuati piani di sviluppo delle competenze adeguati in base alle esigenze aziendali, alla gestione dei talenti e al budget;
