Stiamo cercando un Board Senior Consultant da coinvolgere su progetti nazionali e internazionali.
Il nostro Team si propone come Partner a supporto dei CFO, controller e IT delle aziende per progettare e costruire sistemi di pianificazione, forecasting e analisi dei dati, tramite le più moderne tecnologie disponibili sul mercato.
Lavoriamo con diversi prodotti proprio per rispondere al meglio alle esigenze dei nostri Clienti.
All'interno della nostra struttura, una realtà in forte espansione che offre opportunità di crescita e miglioramento professionale, potrai acquisire competenze sui prodotti da noi utilizzati.
La persona selezionata potrà essere inserita nelle nostre sedi di Roma, Bologna, Milano e Vicenza.
Sarai focalizzato su progetti in ambito Planning e/o Consolidato.
Sarai inserito in un team multifunzionale di consulenti all'interno del quale sarai responsabile della qualità del tuo lavoro e del tuo allineamento rispetto alle priorità, agli obiettivi e alle esigenze dei clienti.
Avrai accesso ad un percorso di carriera strutturato, che ti consentirà di assumere maggiori responsabilità e di assumere un ruolo da mentore verso le risorse più junior del team condividendo esperienze e conoscenze.
Supportare e guidare il Cliente in tutte le fasi di progetto, dal presales al running; Curare e condurre l'analisi tecnica e funzionale; Sviluppare applicazioni su Board, realizzando report e interfacce; Rispettare il piano di progetto relativamente a priorità e scadenze; Organizzare e guidare le riunioni e i SAL col Cliente; Realizzare documentazione a supporto (Gantt, presentazioni, ecc.
ecc.
); Mentoring ai colleghi junior.
Per noi è importante che tu abbia una buona conoscenza di: Board; Altri prodotti CPM; Tematiche di Bilancio Consolidato/Civilistico e/o Controllo di Gestione.
Hai esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruolo analogo o similare; Possiedi una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Hai spiccate doti relazionali, comunicative e attitudine al team working; Hai attitudine e interesse all'acquisizione di nuove competenze tecniche e metodologiche; Sei flessibile, autonomo e preciso nell'esecuzione dei task progettuali assegnati, e fortemente orientato al Client Management; Sei disponibile a trasferte nazionali.
La ricerca è rivolta anche a persone appartenenti alle categorie protette L.68/99 Art.1.
