You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our Italian-speaking customers' addressing inquiries' and helping them navigate our online shopping platform.
Your dedication to providing exceptional support and your fluency in Italian will greatly enhance the customer experience and contribute to our company's reputation
Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through phone' email' and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries' order management' and account support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide accurate information and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on product offerings' service updates' and industry best practices in e-commerce.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge related to our products and services.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service' particularly within an e-commerce or retail context.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries in a timely manner.
