Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Expert Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on the Watches category.
You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, guiding them across the Brand, delivering the best Client experience and conveying your passion for the product.
You will be the voice of the Watches category for Clients and the team in the store.Are you ready to reach out to your Clients and develop the business of the Watches category?This is the opportunity you are looking forProfileDuties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual objectivesWelcome every Client and enhance their experience, setting the example of the best Client experienceProvide expertise and comprehensive advice on your product category to Clients (whether style related or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.Be a strong style advisor for your Client (e.g.
fashion conscious), assessing the Client's style and matching it with product recommendationsPerform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the storeDevelop the highest Brand and product knowledgeRespect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviorFollow the company's policies and proceduresPromote and Show Ownership for the CategoryBe the ambassador and role model for your category, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasmMaster a deep knowledge of your product category and be able to deal with the most demanding Client situationsNurture a thorough knowledge of the competitionAct as a proactive force for the TM/SM in developing the business and be a key contributor to salesInteract with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure your category is well displayed #J-18808-Ljbffr
