Job Purpose Collaborate with and provide support to the Fund Finance Team across the several Investment Funds managed by the company.
RoleResponsibilities Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Support the Fund Finance team in cash analysis Monitor payment deadlines, including F24 tax forms, invoicing cycle, and use of the web banking system Liaise with the external property managers, accountants, tax advisors, bank managers, and other consultants Update excel files and documents for client reporting purposes Help maintain and update financial databases and models Opening/closing bank accounts and collect signatures on behalf of the company Opening new bank accounts and collecting documents and signatures Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial information Job Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred qualifications Previous experience or internships in finance or accounting Familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis tools Knowledge of investment fund operations and regulations Benefits Gain practical experience in fund finance Network with finance professionals Opportunity for mentorship and professional development We are a committed equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.
