**Posizione**:
**La tua Mission**
Questa risorsa, a riporto del People Transformation Manager e coordinandosi con i Line Managers e gli HR Business Partners, sarà responsabile del presidio dei processi di formazione e sviluppo delle nostre persone assicurando loro un contesto di crescita e sviluppo professionale, coerentemente sia con la Strategia di business che con i bisogni e le aspettative di ciascuno.
Le principali responsabilità del profilo sono:
- Disegno ed implementazione dei processi di talent development coerenti con la Strategia Aziendale e i bisogni di crescita e sviluppo delle persone al fine di garantire l'engagement;
- Raccolta e gestione dei fabbisogni formativi delle diverse aree a supporto dei processi di talent development funzionali alla realizzazione della Strategia;
- Disegno e implementazione di Academy specifiche per aree di competenza e percorsi di sviluppo professionale;
- Monitoraggio e Gestione dei Fondi Interprofessionali e relativo presidio delle attività di rendicontazione necessarie all'ottenimento dei fondi;
- Supporto alla definizione e monitoraggio del budget dei progetti formativi e di sviluppo;
- Capacità di data analysis e reporting per definizione e il monitoraggio di KPIs relativi alla qualità e alle performance dei processi gestiti;
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme e software di e-learning;
- Conoscenza delle più avanzate metodologie di apprendimento (gamification, e-learning, esperIenziale, on the job, ecc.)
per la massimizzazione dell'efficacia dei percorsi di people development;
- Capacità di effettuare scouting per l'identificazione di partner esterni per la progettazione e la realizzazione di percorsi di apprendimento specifici.

- Laurea in discipline economiche o umanistiche
- Visione innovativa dei processi HR anche in un'ottica di digitalizzazione
- Conoscenza dei processi di Training & Development;
- Gradita la conoscenza di Zucchetti Infinity;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi a supporto delle attività di Formazione e Sviluppo;
- Conoscenza degli applicativi informatici di riferimento (Pacchetto Office);
