Media Planner Expert (Area Video) Agency : Havas Media Group Job Description Summary : The Channel Expertise Specialist is operating Media Experience (Mx) campaigns for a client portfolio on a specific channel.
Job Description : Nell'ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di professionisti, Havas Media Network è in cerca di un/a Video Media Expert.
La posizione afferisce principalmente alla pianificazione Full video cross TV e Digital; nell'ottica dell'integrazione delle competenze On ed OFF all'interno del team di lavoro.
La figura avrà quindi una pregressa esperienza nel planning TV e/o Advanced Tv e/o di Video Digital Strategy.
Si inserirà all'interno di un team di lavoro innovativo ed articolato, operante su importanti clienti dell'agenzia, e si occuperà di assicurare la realizzazione delle attività di Planning in base alle esigenze espresse dal cliente.
Le responsabilità principali in carico alla posizione sono le seguenti: Affiancare il Video Media Manager nella traduzione dei brief in strategie di comunicazione e proposte operative multichannel video.
Tenere i rapporti e la gestione operativa con le concessionarie.
Supportare la realizzazione di un documento di Planning sui mezzi seguiti, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di comunicazione espressi dal Cliente.
Effettuare il monitoraggio della campagna in fase "on air" e "post", intervenendo con la definizione di azioni correttive qualora le performance non siano in linea alle attese.
Elaborare la necessaria reportistica, rivolta sia al Cliente sia alle funzioni interne a livello locale ed internazionale.
Mantenere coerenza fra tool di gestione e planning in ambito di rendicontazione.
Requisiti: Laurea o cultura equivalente.
Esperienza minima di 1 anno presso agenzie media strutturate.
Conoscenza dei principali mezzi Video ed in particolare della pianificazione televisiva.
Conoscenza dei principali tools di planning TV (in particolare Kubik, MCS ed Adbox).
Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme programmatic e social.
Conoscenza avanzata di MS Office, con particolare riferimento a Ms Excel, e dei principali tools e software di pianificazione.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Ottime doti di relazione e comunicazione, attitudine al teamwork.
Autonomia operativa.
Spiccato orientamento al Cliente ed ai risultati.
Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività.
Sede di lavoro: Milano e Roma (previsto smartworking 2 giorni a settimana) Orario di lavoro: Full-time Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno definiti in base alla candidatura.
