Il nostro Cliente, affermata Azienda metalmeccanica, ci ha incaricato di ricercareLABORATORY ENGINEERPrincipali Responsabilità:La risorsa riportando al responsabile R&D coordinerà le attività di laboratorio di Ricerca e Sviluppo, avrà la responsabilità di testare e convalidare soluzioni tecnologiche e di progetto per nuovi prodotti e miglioramenti di prodotti esistenti.In particolare:- Esegue ed assicura lo svolgimento dei test al fine di supportare tutti i lanci di nuovi prodotti e i rispettivi programmi di sviluppo, garantendone le performance, la qualità e le tempistiche di progetto;- E' responsabile del set-up, esecuzione e analisi dei test di sicurezza, funzionalità, prestazioni, consumo energetico, affidabilità, rumore secondo gli standard di riferimento;- Garantisce capacità diagnostica per risolvere cause di guasti/malfunzionamenti rilevati durante l'attività di test sul prodotto o l'analisi di problemi di qualità relativamente ad aspetti meccanici, termodinamici, elettrici ed elettronici;- Collabora con le altre funzioni aziendali per supportare azioni di analisi e miglioramento continuo;- Supervisiona le attività di laboratorio, sviluppando piani di test e coordinando risorse e priorità in relazione agli scopi e agli obiettivi di ciascun progetto, nonché alle priorità assegnate dal responsabile R&D;- Contribuisce a guidare lo sviluppo e l'impiego di procedure volte a migliorare l'efficienza, la velocità e la qualità dei test (tramite metodologie statiche come il DOE), con particolare attenzione alla manutenzione e alla calibrazione della strumentazione;- Assicura la raccolta dati per tutti i test di laboratorio eseguiti e mantiene il registro e la documentazione interna rilevante per tutti i test di laboratorio eseguiti;- Effettua la strumentazione del DUT (Device Under Test);- Supporta la realizzazione di prototipi finalizzati ai test.Requisiti richiesti:- Laurea in Ingegneria o materia scientifiche; - Esperienza maturata in ambienti di laboratorio;- Ottime competenze di Microsoft Office;- Capacità di lettura scambi elettrici e funzionali di processo; conoscenza base CAD; competenze di montaggio e regolazione strumenti di misura (ess.
fonometro e amperometro), Nozioni di metrologia, soprattutto nel campo delle misurazioni di temperatura, parametri elettrici, fluidodinamica; competenze pratiche di idraulica; Preferibile patentino f-gas;- Conoscenza Microsoft Office;- Conoscenza lingua inglese B1;- Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team;- Disponibile a trasferte sporadiche in Italia e all'estero;- Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza maturata nel settore HVAC e conoscenza della Direttiva Macchine 2006/42 CE, norme di prodotto per apparecchiature domestiche e professionali IEC 60335-1, direttiva PED 2014/68/UE e norme tecniche EN 378.
