ASSISTENTE DI COMMESSA AREE LOMBARDIA, FRIULI – VENEZIA GIULIA e LIGURIACity Green Light, per potenziare la sua squadra, in continua espansione, e raggiungere gli ambiziosi target, sta cercando degli/delle Assistenti di commessa (Project Manager Assistant) per le aree Friuli – Venezia Giulia, Lombardia e Liguria. Unisciti alla nostra squadra I candidati / le candidate lavorano a stretto contatto con il/la Project Manager, supportando la realizzazione degli obiettivi aziendali. Le principali attività prevedono la collaborazione con il/la Site Manager e il supporto al/alla Project Manager nell'esecuzione del contratto di appalto, nella pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività e nelle attività di progettazione e acquisiti.
I candidati/le candidate si occuperanno di mantenere rapporti con il cliente, rappresentare l'azienda e prestare attenzione all'immagine aziendale. Sarà responsabile della collaborazione con fornitori e subappaltatori coinvolti nella commessa e della segnalazione di eventuali anomalie riscontrate.
La prestazione lavorativa, full-time, sarà svolta in modalità mista, in presenza con sede di lavoro prevalente in Veneto e/o Lombardia e/o Liguria, e in smart working.
Cosa farai:
Gestione dell'esecuzione del contratto di appalto affidato nel rispetto delle condizioni contrattualiSupporto al Project Manager nel pianificare, coordinare e controllare le attività della Commessa, sulla base dei requisiti contrattuali, tecnici e produttivi e dei costi previstiSupporto al Project Manager nel coordinare e controllare le attività di progettazione, acquisiti e realizzazione/manutenzioneEmissione richieste di acquistoCollaborazione del Responsabile di Cantiere per le verifiche sul territorioSupporto al Project Manager nel produrre la documentazione tecnica ed economica per la durata e alla chiusura della commessaMantenimento rapporti con il Cliente e rappresenta l'azienda unitamente al Project Manager, ponendo particolare cura alla conservazione e al miglioramento dell'immagine aziendaleCollaborazione con i fornitori, in particolare con i subappaltatori impiegati sulla propria commessaSegnalazione al proprio Responsabile di Business Unit e al Responsabile IT di qualsiasi anomalia riscontrata durante l'utilizzo delle apparecchiature aziendali a disposizioneQuali conoscenze ed esperienze cerchiamo:
Background tecnico che proviene da formazione specifica e/o da precedenti esperienze professionaliOttime capacità relazionali e comunicativeEsperienza anche breve nella gestione e nel coordinamento di gruppi di lavoroConoscenza delle normative tecniche di settoreEsperienza nella gestione della manutenzione/esperienza pregressa in ambito cantieristicoEsperienza in appalti pubblici di almeno 1-2 anniOttime capacità di utilizzo PC e ExcelCosa offriamo:
Contratto a tempo indeterminato, full-time, con sede di lavoro prevalente in Friuli – Venezia Giulia e/o Lombardia e/o Liguria.
