Project Quality Manager

About the Role:

Alstom is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Quality Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects that meet customer requirements and Alstom's standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and implement project quality plans, ensuring compliance with Alstom's processes and customer requirements.
  2. Coordinate quality and safety activities throughout the project lifecycle, including risk assessments, inspection, and audit activities.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Monitor and report on project quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Contribute to the development of quality policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to provide quality assurance and support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
