Siamo alla ricerca di unTAX SPECIALIST da inserire nel team Accounting & Tax a diretto riporto dell'Accounting & Tax Manager.
La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà di imposte dirette, IVA e tematiche di fiscalità nazionale e internazionale. La risorsa avrà parte attiva nel garantire la conformità fiscale del Gruppo e nel supportare il management nella gestione strategica delle imposte, contribuendo a migliorare la solidità finanziaria dell'organizzazione.
In collaborazione con l'Accounting & Tax Manager avrà il compito di:
supportare il Responsabile nella organizzazione di tutte le attività relative agli adempimenti fiscali nazionali ed internazionali, e verificarne il corretto assolvimento nel rispetto delle scadenze stabilitecoadiuvare la funzione contabile che si occupa degli adempimenti fiscali periodici nazionali, e che opera sotto la medesima direzione Accounting & Tax, nella gestione degli adempimenti annuali (dichiarazioni IVA, IRES, IRAP, IVA) e di quelli relativi ad agevolazioni fiscali e rimborsi fiscaliin collaborazione con i consulenti esteri, gestire le attività fiscali in ambito internazionale di pertinenza della holding e delle società del gruppo, inclusi gli adempimenti delle branch estere, quelli relativi agli identificativi fiscali esteri, e la preparazione della documentazione Transfer Pricing.supportare le altre funzioni aziendali per ogni valutazione e quesito in materia fiscale mediante studi, approfondimenti e pareriin collaborazione con il consulente esterno, gestire il processo di calcolo delle imposte (correnti e differite) annuali e infrannuali e la stesura della nota integrativa del bilancio societario relativa alle voci fiscalisupporto alla gestione dei rapporti con gli auditors interni e con l'Amministrazione FinanziariaFormazione e titoli: Laurea Magistrale in Economia indirizzo professionale.Corso di Specializzazione in Fiscalità internazionale.Esame di Stato per l'abilitazione alla professione di commercialista e di esperto contabileEsperienza: È richiesta esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 3/4 anni in uffici fiscali di aziende multinazionali o di primari studi professionali a matrice internazionale.
