THE ROLE
Are you ready to step in?
You will be directly involved in the development and launch of innovative and extremely challenging marketing programs designed to drive growth and strengthen the distinctiveness of Mulino Bianco.
You will have the opportunity to discover our day-to-day real business and to be directly involved into a dynamic, fast moving and everchanging environment.
In other words, you will:
- Get a 360° view of market trends and analytics.
- Contribute to the overall development of brand communication materials (packaging, in store, website, etc.
).
- Actively support the manager in Brand Activation activities, Digital Campaigns and Innovation projects.
- Perform data analysis, reporting and insights that will contribute to the development of our business.

A balanced mix of creativity and analytical skills, together with curiosity and willingness to learn
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Have recently graduated (or are about to) in the fields of Economics, Marketing, Business Management.
- Have an outstanding university career with excellent results and study/work experience abroad.
- Be able to write and speak fluent English and Italian.
- Be good at and enjoy analytics and high-volume of data.
- Bring an out-of-the box mindset, coupled with agility and entrepreneurship.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
