- Internship
You start with a six-month internship experience in the Barilla Global FoodService area.
- Field Sales Experience
We sell our products to consumers every day.
That is why we encourage our marketing, trade & sales interns to make an experience as a Field Sales Representative across Italy.
This will allow you to develop a strong understanding of our business, our customers and shoppers, you will benefit from hands-on learning opportunities and start building strong leadership skills.
- Future Career
After your Field Sales journey, you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career in Barilla, within the job function that most suits you and your career ambition.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Global Foodservice Marketing
An excited opportunity to support the setup of a new channel for Barilla Foodservice, taking part of the business development of new strategic customers, acquiring specific knowledge on ecommerce, innovation and food delivery marketing.
You will be responsible for:
- setting up test&learn projects for food delivery
- developing a new brand strategy for the channel
- coordinating the ecommerce and the marketing activities
- monitoring performance KPIs for specific ad-hoc worldwide projects.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Have recently graduated (or are about to) in the fields of Economics, Marketing, Business Management.
- Entrepreneurship attitude, with out-of-the box mindset, coupled with agility
- Appreciated a previous experience in a start-up environment, preferably ecommerce/food delivery.
- Be able to write and speak fluent English
- (French will be a plus)
- Have a wide range of digital and tech skills.
- Have an outstanding university career with excellent results and study/work experience abroad.
- Be good at and enjoy analytics and high-volume of data.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be geographically mobile, have a flexible mindset and a can-do attitude.
