Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action on TEI performance and client feedback.Operations in store: Take care of stock control and inventories. Process merchandise request and follow-up on special orders or back orders. Assist management in the visual presentation of merchandise by conducting scheduled cleaning and inspection of store inventory.Post sales client service: Manage all store supplies including sundries, packaging, and hospitality. Perform daily cashier functions including accounts payable and cash related functions. Daily tracking of necessary invoice approvals and verification of daily inventory reports.Qualifications:Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).Proven track record in achieving sales results.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.Ability to work with a diverse client base.Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.Italian and English speaking abilities are mandatory, a third language is an appreciated plusPreferred Qualifications:A college/university degree.Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work is preferred.Multiple recipients?
