Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.About the role The People and Culture Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees visiting or calling the PC office. He/she responds to inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally and provides clerical support to the Pe ople and Culture Department.   This position ensures a memorable employee experience by communicating PC initiatives in a positive and engaging language and maintaining the highest standards for staff accommodation, the heart of the house and the onboarding process. The PC Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.    What you will do Be the first point of contact when employees enter or call the PC office interacting and assisting them with genuine heart. Provide sup port and clerical expertise to People and CultureDepartment and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction. Engage with new te am members coordinating the whole onboarding process, including pre- arrival communication, uniform fitting, locker and housing allocation, m edical screening, welcome pack , onboarding plan, etc. Responsible for the staff housing allocation and optimal conditions : p erform staff accommodation inspections weekly ensuring they are clean and orderly, reporting to maintenance, security or housekeeping any follow up action.  Responsible for the HOH – Heart of the House optimal conditions: perform locker inspections weekly ensuring they are clean and orderly, reporting to maintenance, security or housekeeping any follow up action.  Maintain and update all bulletin boards and TV in service area as well as Viva Engage for sharing company information with all employees.  Organize and promote the events and initiatives of the engagement calendar: social activities, wellbeing activities, DIB initiatives, recognition and award events, parties, general meetings etc. Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, reporting and answering telephones and emails according to Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness. M aintain and update all employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and organized. Support the Senior Director of People Culture in preparation of reports, audits and other tasks and assist with other areas of People Culture when needed. Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversa tions, personal information, compensation and medical files.  What you bring Prior experience in HR within Hospitality field is an advantage . Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.Strong work ethic, confidentiality and well developed organizational skills are requirements.Robust organization skills, time management and ability to multi-task as well as ability to adapt in changing priorities.Fluency in both English and Italian.Proficient computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet and Social Media communication.
