Location: Milan, Italy
**Responsibilities**:
- After sales service support, responsible for problem tracking, collection and trouble-shooting for solar system products like inverters, controllers, and energy storage batteries
- Responsible for professional training on theoretical after-sales knowledge and practical operation
- Provide emergency after-sales support to troubleshoot sudden failures
- Maintain Zonergy's market service reputation and improve customer satisfaction
- Assist in product promotion and service demonstration
- Establish after-sales service information management and provide after
- sales quality feedback to relevant departments, and provide suggestions to solve problems
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or power electronics, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- New energy industry background, with work experience of well-known equipment manufacturers; familiarity with photovoltaic modules, inverters, energy storage products
- FER certificate is a must
- Familiar with the European market.
English or Italian can be used as working languages.
- Italian local or with Italian residence permit
