**Scopo della posizione**
Il Customer Experience Specialist guida il processo di collaborazione personalizzata basata su dati oggettivi -Customer Experience - con interlocutori sanitari, diventando punto di riferimento e di consulenza.
**Ruolo & Responsabilità**
- Sceglie, da una serie di opzioni consigliate, i _customer journey e customer engagement plan _più adatti per i suoi customers;
- Utilizza un approccio ''omnicanale'', interagendo con i customer a lui assegnati come punto di contatto primario attraverso diversi canali, comprese le interazioni di persona e remote;
- Coordina e gestisce vari touchpoints** **con i customer assegnati, in qualità di punto di contatto primario, comprese campagne di marketing agile, simposi, visite, chiamate, collaborando con diverse funzioni (ad es. Area medica, Market Access) per garantire un'esperienza ottimizzata al customer;
- Gestisce i messaggi per fornire un'esperienza personalizzata;
- Guida in modo proattivo lo scambio di informazioni tra i ruoli sul territorio e in ufficio;
- Costruisce relazioni orientate al valore con gli operatori sanitari e sviluppa una profonda comprensione delle loro esigenze;
- Restituisce i dati al team di Advanced Analytics attraverso vari strumenti, incluso CRM;
- Esamina continuamente i dati di coinvolgimento del cliente e valuta le priorità sulla base di approfondimenti specifici;
- Territorio di lavoro: Provincia Milano
**Istruzione ed esperienza professionale**
- Conoscenza approfondita delle reti locali e dei loro processi/strutture decisionali;
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni;
- Gradita esperienza in ambito cardiovascolare;
- Laurea specialistica ad indirizzo scientifico ( come da normativa per lo svolgimento del ruolo);
- Ottime capacità di utilizzo strumenti in ambito IT (Pacchetto Office, PC, Tablet).

- Attento e curioso rispetto alle esigenze del cliente;
- Bravo nella ricerca, soprattutto di nuovi customer (trovare nuovi contatti);
