col-wideJob Description:Per nostro Cliente, branch commerciale italiana di una multinazionale del settore dermatologico, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di:PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGERLa risorsa riportando direttamente al Direttore Marketing sarà responsabile di una linea di prodotti per i quali dovrà interfacciarsi e coordinarsi anche con i referenti della medesima business unit in casa madre.La figura si occuperà di:Implementare e adattare la strategia aziendale relativa alla linea di prodotti al mercato italiano;Lancio e gestione del prodotto (no sviluppo);Definire e attuare dei piani marketing in base ai cicli di vendita (es. preparazione materiali per rete vendita, storytelling, campagne digital, preparazione eventi ecc..)Identificare nuove opportunità di business attraverso dettagliate analisi di dati di vendita, trend delle campagne rispetto ai competitors, fornendo così input alla direzione commerciale, funzionali al perseguimento dei target dell'unità di business;Analizzare i trend del mercato e fornire delle indicazioni sul posizionamento dei prodotti gestiti;Sviluppare, monitorare e gestire il Budget;Formare e affiancare il team di vendita/informazione medica sul territorio nazionale.La risorsa ideale ha i seguenti requisiti:Esperienza nei seguenti settori: Beauty, Lusso, Design, Fashion, Moda e affini;Esperienza in analisi strategica e di mercato ed interpretazione dei dati;Esperienza di 2 - 4 anni nel ruolo di product marketing manager;Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, gradita anche quella della lingua spagnola;Esperienza maturata in realtà multinazionali;Predisposizione a lavorare sotto scadenze e per progettualità;Capacità di lavorare in team e flessibilità sono attitudini indispensabili, insieme alle capacità analitiche.Sede di lavoro:Milano cittàSi offre: contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato direttamente con l'azienda cliente.
