Descrizione aziendaIl nostro cliente è una solida realtà che realizza packaging di pregio per il settore industriale.Ci ha incaricati di selezionare la figura di un Logistics Specialist.PosizioneIl candidato sarà inserito nel team di sviluppo di nuovi progetti di crescita internazionale dell'Azienda ed avrà le seguenti responsabilità:gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori di servizio (ricerca e valutazione, trattative e negoziazione economica e contrattuale, definizione dei vari servizi richiesti) e controllo della fatturazionegestione dell'organizzazione delle consegne in Italia e all'Esterosupervisiona il servizio logistico al cliente, evasione dell'ordinato e conseguenti alert per anomalie gestionali e facilita una rapida organizzazione logistica dei resi/claim qualitàcollabora con il reparto IT all'aggiornamento e all'implementazione dei programmi informatici per il corretto svolgimento delle attivitàeffettua attività di reporting ed analisi per la direzione, monitoraggio KPIcollabora alla realizzazione di piani strategici a medio-lungo termine inerenti il servizio logistico-produttivogestisce e sviluppa un percorso organizzativo e professionale delle risorse umane della sua funzionesupporta l'ufficio acquisti (p.e. gestione mezzi inbound in un'ottica di pianificazione arrivi/scarichi e allocazione dei prodotti in specifiche aree)RequisitiSi richiedono:Laurea in discipline tecniche/ingegneristichealmeno cinque anni di esperienza nel ruolo, maturata in realtà commercialitassativa esperienza su tematiche di natura doganale e fiscale (export, import, IVA, triangolazioni)ottimo livello di conoscenza del mondo dei trasporti stradale e marittimoottimo livello di conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua ingleseCompetenze e capacità:ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solvingbuone doti comunicative e abilità nel gestire efficacemente la relazione con fornitoriabilità analitiche ed organizzative, attenzione al dettaglio e precisionedinamismo, proattività, flessibilità, curiositàbuone capacità organizzative e gestionali, doti comunicative e di leadership, orientamento agli obiettiviAltre informazioniSede di lavoro: provincia di TrevisoIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91 e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03
